Dry pellets to below 0.02% moisture — 4 h+ at 120 °C in a tray dryer. Cylinder, mould and pressure settings for K, KG and RS-1340 grades.
Polycarbonate resin is generally stable in weak acidic environments but degrades in alkaline and aromatic environments. Resistance was tested at 23 °C and may vary at higher temperatures.
